growing up a dyke, this happened to me quite a few times. 'oh, i think i like 
girls' and after you've been ignored for a couple days, 'oh, i just wanted to 
see if i did and it's not really my thing'. it always makes a girl feel good. 
i don't let myself get interested in anyone who has a question about it 
anymore. one thing i love about b&s is how the songs aren't so about boy and 
girl. the lyrics aren't very strict so you can take them to mean that they're 
talking about you no matter who or what you are. or at least that's how i 
take them. i wish i had more to write about to this list. i only have sad 
things going on and no one wants to hear about that and whenever i have b&s 
thoughts i'm too shy to say them. there should be an intro when you join the 
list about how to write a clever post that will be accepted in sinister land. 
if anyone wants to tutor me, feel free. i'm looking for suggestions on french 
pop. i love france gall and there's a band called caramel that's good, but i 
don't know much else. can anyone help? i was thinking of buying some 
francoise hardy or serge gainsbourg tomorrow. are they worth their hefty 
prices? thanks in advance.
