well, looks like i've hit the big time; finally able to post to our fine list.  'i must admit that i am a bit nervous,'  he says with shoulders shrugged and reddened face.

anyhow...

i must begin with some old news, as my previous compulsory silence did not allow me to communicate it when new (incoherant, yes indeed).  looper in boston. i went because of the possibility of seeing merely a star in the belle and sebastian constellation, but i left loving looper (as well as alliteration). i need those 'amazing goggles of light' that stuart david had. they'd come in handy for checking for velociraptors in the closet and under the bed. 
my personality changes every 6 days.  it's circadian or something.
i have been a bit surprised at all of the recent acclaim for 'she's losing it'. in my (modest and frequently ignorant, if not anger-inciting) opinion, 'we rule the school' is the absolute monarch of the album's kingdom, with 'expectations' its crowned prince of musical goodness (or something).  i mean, 'she's losing it' is a fine piece of work, but i do not feel that it warrants individual recognition.  oh, i also like 'er' quite a bit, it sounds tons better on cd than it did on my crappy overplayed tape (the cd is 'the shit' as it were) .  
i have never been on a picnic, but my only attempt at poetry was about one.  sort of odd, now that i think about it.
i went food shopping the other day and asked the elderly gentleman behind the counter if they sold tigermilk.  he said that all they carried was cow's milk and some cheese that he thought was made with goat's milk.  he was pleasant and had no hair.     
i've just spilled iced coffee all over myself, so i suppose i should go before i soak this trendy new imac.  the boss would not approve.
