Sinister: the boy in the arab's lap

ohh...i've got a headache. the last few days are a blur. of the hazed
variety rather than the indifferently talented but stunningly sexy singer
variety.

i found myself lying on the steps of my cellar, holding a tambourine and a
signed photograph of elvis. on the back of the photo were the words "kind
regards from sarah". i have no idea who sarah might be. i tried to stick
the photo up my nose but i think that was just some ridiculous notion i got
from somewhere.

permission to ask a couple of questions....
actually, i'm going to ask them anyway..

somebody was writing about m.e. if that person would contact me, i'd be
grateful.
ditto with the person who was talking about getting rid of ants without
killing them. two extremely disparate subjects i'm aware but both quite
important in my rather small world.
also...when i get a confirmation code from ticketweb, does that mean my
chalet for bowlie 2 (as i'm stubbornly persisting in calling it) is booked
even if it says something about "unreserved"? last time i did this over the
phone and it was soooo much easier.
this time i got cross after i'd heard that "thankyou for calling ticketweb"
message for the ninetieth time.

erm...onto things that might actually interest someone...maria said:

here's a task: find the dirtiest of all
of stuart's "characters" -- is it jane? or the track star? judy, who
"did it with a boy when she was young"? the one who's having dreams in
which s/he "couldn't see her face, but... everything else"? hmmm,
perhaps this is a mite inappropriate

well...i can't answer that...though i have my suspicious about that minister
in iyfs.... but i'm wondering how people interpret the dream of
horses...freudian? with the horses representing sexuality? my friend sam
said she thought judy was just dreaming of being free and escaping. i
definitely went for the sex angle. but then i would.

maybe its best not to ponder these things too much. but then i've already
pondered. and unpondering is notoriously difficult.

and also, while we're at it...was bob dylan actually ever in a movie? or
are we talking about dylan the rabbit?

apologies if the latter has been asked before.

enough now. i'm not at my most inspired tonight. the world is too wavy.

ian
