I know this sounds terribly shoddy but I forgot to print out the lyrics to
all the unreleased songs that was passed around by the super Nick Dastoor, so
I would be much appreciative if some kind soul could mail them to me again.
I will forever be in your debt (or basement if Ian mails them). I finally
heard some of these songs on various bootlegs and I fell in love with them.
I thought "Pocketbook Angel" and "Lord Anthony" were incredible and I can't
see why neither has been released so far. Didn't someone say that Stevie
claimed "Wrong Girl" would never be recorded? Thats a shame...it really is a
beautiful song. And for the final question of this bothersome post: Is
"Landslide" an original? I heard the Bowlie and tape, and those of you who
were there correct if I'm wrong, but did they bring in backing singers?
Thats song sounds so 60s girl-group-pop, like the Supremes and whatnot I had
to ask. Gosh Isobel is even lovely when jumbling her between song
thanks...:sigh:
Apparently two other people beat me to the punch about the Bob Dylan thing so
I apologize for deluging people with redundant babblings...apparently I'm
slow on the draw.
Off to drown my boredom in cheap wine and James Taylor...The life of a
deviant...
