Yes. It was along the same lines as David the Gnome and The Little
Prince...loads of blatant anthropomorphism and odd overseas animation...these
were the "glory days" of nickelodeon, from maybe 1986-1988...long before
commercialization and Nickelodeon rap albums and low-budget Hollywood movies.

It was one freaking *weird* cartoon, though. As Kathrine said, there wasn't much
resembling a plot, and they never did get back to Sebastian's father for obvious
reasons, kind of like how you never saw what's-his-face's mask on Inspector
Gadget.
Ah...childhood.
