Sinister: back from a Ben marathon

Dear list,

First I'd like to offer some hugs for Dave's Mom.  Also, I'd like to respond
to Oliver regarding Ben Harper.  Ben is possibly one of the best songwriters
around.  He's simply wonderful!  Oddly enough, I just had a Ben marathon
before reading that message.  I suggest him to anyone who hasn't heard him.
He's almost a strange mix of Bob Marley, Cat Stevens, and James Taylor.  Hmmm,
maybe you just need to hear him.  

On a sadder note, I was violently ill the past couple days.  I had eaten some
food that was cleverly hiding meat within its funny shaped macaronis.  The
minute I discovered a bone, I stopped eating it.  Needless to say, I became
quite ill later that evening and have just regained composure.  The saddest
part of the story is that I had to remove my baby blue Study at Stow shirt as
I was afraid it would be ruined.
