Sinister: new york picnic

i hearby call for another nyc picnic.  it should be in april, or some other
time that will be reasonably warm and before i leave for the summer, and
not too close to the bowlie weekender so at least a few people will show
up.  i wouldn't mind organizing it, but if i did matt would boycott so
someone else should lead, or we could do a committee type thing.  but i
feel like i've been hibernating long enough and want to get outside in the
light and the warmth and sit on a blanket and wreck some bicycles.
