i'm beside myself 'cos i had the honor of being asked to release the vinyl
edition of this fine retrospective compilation (the answer was a resounding
"abso-f***-ing lutely! when the inquiry was made about whether i'd be
interested)...so yuppers, the 10" vinyl black tambourine comp will be
brought to you courtesy of fantastic, in conjunction with our dear friends
at slumberland. 

now for some minimal b&s content - i had a request for b&s on my radio show
yesterday and despite the fact that its fundraiser week and the requester
did not make a pledge to the station, i certainly couldn't turn down such a
request (especially considering most of the phone calls i get request blah
stuff that i don't want to play) - so string bean jean it was. and if the
requester happens to be on this list, remember, there's still several more
days to make that pledge ;)
