     i just wanted to say hello and thank you to everyone i met at 
     bowlie...i just got back from my european vacation and apart from  
     dodging bombs, it was highly enjoyable.

     a very special thanks to pam berry for organizing the bus!!! you are  
     truly the best. (sorry i missed your party, but i was a little too 
     close to the bombing the night before)...christa (if you're still on  
     the list)--sorry we didn't hook up in london--but i'll send you 
     something special, you teenage fannie, as soon as i get back on west 
     coast time...and pedraic--thanks for showing me how the irish 
     drink...of course, i missed all the sinister socials cuz i was too 
     busy shagging my chalet-mates...but the entire weekend was truly 
     something special...the fascist security guards snatching professional 
     cameras and recording equipment was a bit distressing but danger makes 
     everything more fun, now doesn't it?

     i was a bit disturbed to hear about the dublin show with stuart 
     smashing his guitar (i just found out about it today)...but you know   
     they played "the kids are allright" as their last song at bowlie, so   
     maybe stuart thinks he's in the who now as they pretty much started 
     that whole smashing guitar thing...and as for all this conversation 
     about early demos, 10-hour sound checks, the re-release of 
     'tigermilk', etc., just keep in mind 'all virgos are mad'...and our 
     favorite stuart m. is one of the cursed...
