Sinister: Seattle Pic Nic

Sorry - it's me again.  There has been quite a bit of progress with the
Seattle pic nic - it would seem that one is being set up for Olympia - to
keep it half way between oregon and Washington.

There won't be any more posts about this to the Sinister people as it is a
