Hello fools,

What the bloody hell is all this nonsense about t-shirts and
stuff? Are you lot seriously saying you have the foggiest
notion who's responsible for the band merchandise you buy?
Personally I don't give a shit. What I care about is that
SPRFNK is worried that Blighty closes down in August....

SPRFNK said:

>is it bad to go to the UK in august because someone said
>there is a big holiday there and everything is closed

No, no, no. It's only one weekend. And it's right at the end of
August. Everybody goes to Reading. And it's shit. Actually,
them funny Europeans all bugger off somewhere in August.
Especially Italians and people from Prague. My latest dream is
to be Italian. Has anybody else noticed what great condition all
Italian men's hair is in? It is. I saw several thousand Italian men
at Villa Park last night and apart from all being cool as fuck
they all had immaculate hair and there wasn't a split end in sight.
I love Italian men. Literally. No I do. Actually I love Italian women
but I'm just trying to be hip. It's a Manchester thing. But thousands
of sweaty Italian blokes jumping up and down and singing that
song that the fat bloke with the beard done at the World Cup in
1990. Well, it's pretty special. Better than Belle and Sebastian
even, maybe.

Somebody else said there was storm clouds a brewing over
Wolverhampton at about 11pm last night. And I'd just like to
confirm that they were telling the truth.

And Tim Hopkins said some stuff. He's pretty lucky he could
though. I saw you supporting Leeds at Bowlie Hopkins. I'm a
ManU man myself so you're pretty lucky I never kicked your
head in. Do I need to point out I'm joking here?

I'm not being sarcastic and getting at anybody or anything.
I'm just a bit scared that Tim finds out who I am and chins
me.

And JJ would.

Somebody else asked for good books to read. That "The Heart
Is A Lonely Hunter" by Carson McCullers is good. It made me
remember why I thought socialism was a good thing. Easy to
forget when the closest you get to a socialist government is
"New Labour". You just remember that kids when you're putting
your X on them European ballot papers in a few weeks.

Just think "proportional representation".

I don't love anyone either so fuck off,
Lover...John
