but I just found this Bowlie page. it's linked to an 'anti-Steps' site (I 
was trying to find info about them to share with my non-Steps acquainted 
friend here) and it's an NME-style anti-Belle and Sebastian rant too. 
anyways, have a look, it's always amusing to read someone's cynical views on
