Sinister: the end of the virtual world?

wow, i haven't seen so much drama since "dynasty"...
just remember, at the end of the day, belle & sebastian is just a band
of people who we don't even know. a great band nonetheless--one whose
music has been influential enough to bring all of us together from all
over the planet (universe?) to discuss our
ideas/thoughts/feelings/etc. in a different forum...but it needs to be
put in perspective. most of us will never meet, and it's kind of
disturbing to realize that even a cyberspace community can't exist in
a state of peace. it's the human condition. quite sad. you can't even
escape it through artificial intelligence. is this the eighth sign or
something as we hurl toward the millennium? "lists and branches of
lists begin to dissolve as loyal followers of a poetic music messiah
divide into camps as misinformation spreads over the information
highway..." shiver me timbers. well, that's enough of that silliness.
b&s content...i read somewhere that members of b&s are playing on the
new secret goldfish album? truth? or more unsubstantiated rumours? i
must know!!!
have a great weekend everyone!
and if you can't laugh at yourself, you can be sure that someone else
is.
cheers.jim.
