Sinister: new york city & somethings

first of all, a fellow sinister type is lounging around in new york city for
the next three weeks and is looking for belle and sebastianesque themed
activities. if you know of anything or have any suggestions, send them all
to mr. derek w at  <DerekW-ny at tempestconsultants.com>, okay?

but, i now know that to send that message alone would have been BAD. in
order to redeem myself, i will add belle and sebastian related tidbits. yay.

i've realized that quite a few people know me as "the girl who likes belle
and sebastian". like, when they would describe me, they would say "oh teri,
she's the girl who likes *that* band" and then people would clue in to who i
was. i sort of forgot about it until last night when someone started telling
me again. not that it's a bad thing to be stereotyped as.. it's better being
known for that than other worse possibilities, right?  

i too saw the fake belle and sebastian concert ad in the paper in toronto
and laughed. good thing i knew that it wasn't for real, or else it would
have been a slight dissapointment.

ummm, yes.
