Sinister: Name that tune

On the episode of The Simpsons where Abe gets married to Marge's mum, they
finish with a song when the two of them are on a bus. It starts "Hello
Grandpa My Old Friend.." I think. Again, I feel ignorant as it is probably
very famous and I should know it, but can anyone help me out by telling me
what it is. Thanks.
