A couple of kind people emailed me to say that it's actually Melody Dog
(featuring Katrina Pastel).  Sadly, it's some obscure deleted compilation CD
from 1994 called 'We are Icerink'.  I think Bob Stanley was involved somewhere
along the line.  If anyone has a copy and feels like being an angel they could
do me a tape/minidisc.

It's fairly different to the two I've heard (Beat Patrol and the one the tape
with Rhoda).  Doesn't have the organ of the former (am I getting this wrong) or
the
completely-impossible-to-hear-because-it's-such-fiftythousandth-genration-copy
feel of the latter.  As mentioned by many, there's whistling.  Also, as
mentioned by me, there's lovely, perky guitar picking accompaniment, especially
on the intro.  It stops quite abruptly, but not in a tuneless mess like some
live renditions I've heard.
