Sinister: I always thought "The Good Life" was what marriage was all about

sorry about that, I was just trying to clarify on a UK based mailing list
that slurs against the Southern US are cheap shots, and should be taken with
a grain of salt by any one in the UK where I once tried to ship a vhs copy
of Clockwork Orange to a friend only to have it returned by customs as
banned material. I was told that it (along with such films as the Exorcist,
Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Evil Dead, Evil Dead II, and Abel Ferrara's Driller
Killer) was illegal to import there. I was surprised, as I didn't realise
that your government was in the business of banning things. Was I misled?
Has the policy changed? Either way I felt the need to correct the
misinformation on the list that the south has "constantly" banned books when
they actually haven't, and I apologize for overextending my attempt at
adding context to that correction.
