Sinister: HELP ME!!!

I think that I'm going round the twist.

I've suddenly had a relapse of the depression that nearly ruined my life 2
years ago, I'm skint, jobless, loveless and ugly! I've even started to
constantly listen to love songs! Eek!

What should I do?

p.s. All suggestions about 5th floor windows and sharp objects have already
been done to death :)
