Please don't be too hard on the *wingeing adolescents*, they need the list 
more than anyone...whinge away, you lovely young people, he was just 
kidding...

Brandt, it would be a shame for you and her to allow inertia, shyness and the 
fear of unknown developments in the future to cause you to let what could be 
*the relationship* for both of you pass you by...it's like not learning to 
drive a car 'cause you might get a traffic ticket someday (well, maybe not 
exactly, but you know what I mean)....you two have to weigh the risk of 
kicking yourself forever over *the one that got away* against the risk that 
the future might not keep you together at all times...the first risk is real 
and will happen (that you CAN guarantee); the second might happen and might 
not....
