Hello again, wonderful kids !!

Back at home from my holidays, with two
exams before me, but it doesn´t matter now.

As you´ll have noticed, my subject line is
taken from a Ninotchka song. Doesn´t anyone
know more releases from them, besides the 7"
that Elefant released here ? "I`ve got wings" is
helping me to handle my boring life, and "Green
dream (Good night Scott Walker)" is also a won
derful song. I´d love to know if Grimsey Records
released some Cd of them...

The first thing that I know after my holidays
is that the new album will be released in january,
according to nme.com. But It´s more surprising
the idea of B&S doing some kind of homage to
"All you need is love". Does anyone know at l
east some of the people that helped to record
those song ?
There´s also new pictures at the sinister
page, something that remind me to scan the one
that I have with Arantxa, Robin and Olga. Maybe
it´s a bit late, but i´ll send it as soon to you,
 Nottingham people.

On the second weekend of august I went
to the Benicassim festival near here, and it was
nice to see some B&S shirts amongst the crowd.
One of them (study at Stow) belonged to Mireia,
a sinisterite who I think that is still quiet in this
community. Another one (a sinister one) belon
ged to a basque guy with the bald head (Mr.Mill
er, do you know him ?), and another one to
Jesus Llorente (Well, I think it was him), the boss
of the lovely Acuarela records, the label of
Migala.
The best bits of the festival were the gigs from
Cinerama (David Gedge and Sally signed my
copy of the 7" that Elefant records released
recently), The Delgados, Jon Spencer and HEFN
ER !! Darren is a star, absolutely. They made a
competition between them to find out who
makes the best rock poses, and the
bass player won. The lowest points were the
cancellation of the Manics and the apathetic gig
from Blur.

I know that only a few people will know
what Im talking about, but the lovely spanish
band El Niño Gusano (The worm boy) have split
up. Besides the spanish guys, didn´t anyone
knew them ? they were quite similar to
Gorky´s Zigotic Mynci (and good friends also).

Maybe someone answered it before, but Luna
also covered "Everybody´s talking" at their live
shows, and it was also released in a compilation
that their record company released in Spain.

An important question: I know it´s quite
early, but are there any plans of having another
Bowlie in April ? I´m planning to go to London,
and I´d like to know if there is the chance of
having another fabulous weekend like the one
that I spent there.

I think that there´s nothing left to say.

Antje, your tape will be out in two or three
days, just when i´ll have finished my firsti exams.
