How are we all doing then?
  I'm keeping this short.
Thanks to everyone who emailed me about Mogwai's Ten Rapid. I think I'll get it when I can- whether or not these Helicons have New Paths. What they won't have is Steve 'Lammo' Lamacq talking over the last notes as he does on my tape.
  There was a tiny meetup on Thursday as myself and Kelly (a Sinister lurker) met up for the Arab Strap gig. It's amazing how many people you see with dark hair and a green leather jacket when you're looking for one. Then I started thinking 'Was it green hair and a dark jacket?'. (It wasn't). What a great venue the Union Chapel is. Lovely. Do they still use it for church services?  Arab Strap were great -weary vocals - blasts of distortion-  big long gaps - silence - atmosphere. Stunning.
  Wolverhampton Ian- I've heard that Jeff Beck song at Mollyneuyuxnuey for the last 3 years but now the Mackems are 4th with a bullet (from Kevin Phillips probably) in the Premiership I'll have to do without. We come out to Prokofiev's 'Dance of the Knights' and 40 000 people going (approximately) "Waaaarrgghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!"  As far as the list crush goes I now refuse to recognise it's authority. I deny it. I am a fugitive from its dominion. See? Knackers to it.    
  I am now officially a student again. I've got numerous student/NUS/library cards complete with horrific photos to prove it.
   Mister Sister Disco asked who does Bus Stop. It's Kristen Bailey. And her chum Patrick does the actual web site.
  Finally you should have a look at the Ear Confection site 1) cos it's run by Sinister Martin Robinson 2) because Picturebox (my band)
 are gonna have a single on it. 2 songs heard at August's Tigermilking. Altogether now..."Janine bought a beagle..." (what do you mean you don't know it?)
