hello there.
   i have a voice now.  i figured i'd give it a shot and say hello to
everyone.  my name is chris.  i'm rather tired at the moment so, this is
going to be relatively short.  i don't really know what else to say so, this
would be where i should end it.  okay.  maybe later on i'll have somethign
meaninful to say.  anyway, hooray!  i have a voice.
