Sinister: picnic question

Hello all--
just a quick question--is there a picnic on for NYC in September? I
thought I had heard rumblings about it mid-August, but nothing since. If
anyone can either confirm or deny this rumor, please email me about it.
Thanks. I appreciate any help on this. The first person to come up with
useful info will win my undying gratitude and a beaker of beverage of your
choosing.
