hi!

well, i've been on this list for about nine months, and i've made two 
posts, so i guess that mkes me a pretty terrible lurker.  i'm just very 
shy.

ok.  i'm interested in getting some tom waits sutff, be he has so many 
albums, and i have absolutely no idea where to start.  does anyone have 
any recommendations?  i prefer 'proper' albums to compilations: i find 
them directionless, and difficult to get into.
