Sinister: A Spaced Boy's Dream

Hi Fragrant Ones!

My first B&S dream!

Last night I dreamt that after nearly 12 months of nothing happening from
Belle & Sebastian (at least that was available in public) one of the
members left the band, & that despite this momentous news Sinister was so
far up its collective bottom that the event passed without comment (apart
from some poor bloke who empties the bins at a national newspaper in the
UK)

As usual I made myself wake up from this nightmare, & thought that if it
were to come to pass that Stuart David did in fact leave the band I would
miss him & pretty tunes like Winter Wooskie or Paper Boat being played live
a lot , but would wish him well in all his new ventures. I would hope that
he has every success with all of him.

As to filling the gap in the band left by his departure, we know that
Stuart M, Isobel, Chris & Neil can all play bass. I hope that the quietly
self-deprecating & pish-taking humour & his ability not to take himself too
seriously role gets adequately covered too.
