& I thought to myself, he must mean Coleridge & Southey, who laid plans to
form 'Pantisocracy' in Pennsylvania during the 1790's.


That'll be me for the village pedant, then, an activity I can subsidise
from my sales of infra-red binoculars to the Sini-pervs from my stall down
by the lake.
