oh god. what rule is this? i've not heard of any such rule.please clue me in 
as to what is going on si vous plait?  I reckon if needed i can dig up a 
photo somewhere. my friends and I are mad when we are under the influence and 
therefore do things that when we want to become madam president(and not the 
presidents madam) will surely incur some sort of trouble. oy vey. :oB (goober
