i don't know about that. have you seen the road
signs between l.a. and the border of mexico en route
to tijiuana? 'beware of immigration' signs that
feature the silhouettes of a rapidly migrating family:
father running hand-in-hand with mom who's pulling a
little girl so fast her legs *and* her braids are flying
up in the air.
it's *damn* spooky.
