just got the new ida record (over a month early... ida fans, wonder 
how...) ... it's gorgeous! i just want to tell everyone that this is 
gorgeous, wow, i love it.

and the magnetic fields "holiday" is terrific, too.

how come no one is commenting on the geometrid? for instance, there's 
far less spoken word here, which is not good, but far more lovely 
singing, which is great. "flipside" and "bug rain" and "these things" 
are wonderful.

oh, and i'm sure this has been mentioned before, but did anyone 
notice that the belles own the third greatest moment in rock and 
roll? http://www.nme.com/rock100/rock3.html ... right below dylan 
going electric and kurt cobain dying... not sure if it's warrented, 
but hey... don't knock the press.
