Mr. Ovenden said:
"You know in the Bowlie set when Stu said "anyone have
their life changed by the Flaming Lips last night?"
thought it was a tad excessive, but their set on
Saturday was just that. I was front row centre and
was visibly overwhelmed at many points...i dont even
know their stuff that well!"

nonono..... our stu was not being excessive. the flaming lips are absolutely
positively fabulous, and any & all who don't own their music should rush
right out and buy some now. okay okay i'm gushing and being a bit too
dramatic but i can't help it.
i get all excited when i see or hear mention of my boys the lips. now for my
brilliant segue(is that how you spell that?) into relevant b&s
content................

oh, sorry. i seem to be lacking content. hmmmmm......people seem to be
mentioning dreams a lot lately, specifically ones of the b&s nature.
unfortunately i haven't had any, unless you count the one in which
'tigermilk' was playing in the background. i don't remember what actually
happened tho. the only really cool band dream i've had was about the pixies.
but that was years ago.
which reminds me. i got the most awful email today. mr. frank black has
cancelled both the in-store performance and show scheduled for tonight. i go
to all the trouble to ask off for work and save my money up, just for him.
and he cancels. oh well.
i can always blow my money on more cd's.
all who have made it this far, hands up......anyone? ......anyone?
okay i'll take that as a hint.

buh-bye

p.s. despite what critics and others say, the new album is beautiful
and everyone listen to bright eyes....they're super
