hello chickadees,
just a quick hello and how are you to all you lovely people. also just so 
you all know i have found exactly how to make fridges, a la brownies. lixi, 
(sorry if that is a little too informal) asked if a meant fudges, but oh 
no......
in the 1959 girl guides annual i have (i'm not actually joking) trevor 
holloway answers all your prayers by recognising every guide's fear of 
keeping perishable goods in warm weather, and tells you how to make a 
fridge, i will be happy to send anyone the information if they so desire. i 
never actually went to guides as i played ping pong on a tuesday night, 
which meant i couldn't go, a bit gutted about the whole situation now,  
anyway i'll leave you with just a small extract from sally spick and susan 
span...

susan span keeps undies gay
and fresh by dipping every day
sally spick keeps handbags neat
puffs for powder clean and sweet
if you try you can
