Sinister: whimsy

my mum's art director called in sick today, and he said "i can't come in today, i'm feeling whimsical". isn't that brilliant? i want to phone the school tomorrow and say "i can't come in today, i'm feeling twee" and go and make super 8 films with the ducks in regents' park.

i'm reading behind the scenes at the museum by kate atkinson at the moment, it's amazingly good.  i hope the siniville bookshop has it in stock.
