Sinister: The Post of Obligatory Firstness

Ah. Finally. A voice.

Anyway, I'm here, finally, after soaking up digests for a while. I found my
way to B&S last August after a little band name dropping going on over at
the Ben Folds Five list. So I was going to buy a They Might Be Giants album
at Hastings, when I saw "Arab Strap." Hmm. This might be good. I'll buy it.

So anyway, in addition to some old favorites like Ben Folds Five, U2,
Weezer, and Dave Matthews Band, my current big things are Built to Spill,
Radiohead, and Spacehog.

Not to play the "I'm cool, look at the bands I like" game, just thought I'd
give you kids an idea of who I am/where I'm coming from.

Speaking of which, I come from Baylor <Baptist> University in Waco, Texas.
I'm doing the comp sci/biology thing, and I'm a freshman. I'm into computers
and music, both listening to it, and playing it--I play the horn.

So that's who I am, I look forward to being in this terribly interesting
list!
