Do you think Laura Llew's would allow me to make use of her idea of
becoming enigmatic and not exposing herself any longer in live flesh to
other list-fellows?Laura,I will pay you the copyright,promise!
Laura's backlash against the proverbial shyness of N.C.'s inhabitants
seems very suitable to paliate my late over-exposure in Sinister's
pubs,picnics and symposiums.I will start sending pictures of Greta Garbo
to next events instead of turning up myself.She could handle Silk Cuts
much better than I do, though her shoegazer dancing routines maybe are not
that lively.And Andy Bell would just enter history textbooks as
Oasis'bassist, how cruel.

Congratulations to Florence, whose name is beautiful,too Victorian and
magnificent to my eyes to have been chosen by 'parents' ,subsequently made
a fool of myself.And Lucy Alder is in fact tall,and elegant and
statuesque, and I met her in a park,but careful, she is a
hard-drinking,red-shoed smart lady, not a birch or an ash.

On Stevie Jackson's now open confessions on how much he would like to
share stage with Britney Spears, is someone out there who knows who buys
singles as 'I need a miracle' or that terrible Number one with a fake
tan,plasticky woman wearing an old curtain as miniskirt?I don't.That is a
huge enigma to me.Teenagers accuse grown-ups (that's it, anyone older
than 23),mid-twenties accuse young professionals, and thirtysomethings
point children.They are the ENEMY.And they are out,somewhere...
