Sinister: looking for roommate(s)/place to live in oakland/berkeley

someone please help me. i've got a bit of an emergency. i apologize to those 
of you who receive this more than once and for maybe some slight list abuse, 
but i'm desperate. i thought i had a housemate lined up, but she's flaked on 
me and ,due to this flakiness, i now have a month to find a new place to 
live(in the berkeley/oakland, ca area) and at least one person to live with. 
i'd prefer to find two housemates and get a 3-bedroom house, but at this 
point i'll kind of take what i can get. along with me comes treble, the 
raddest cat you'll ever meet. i kind of have some special circumstances that 
are a slight bummer, but you get compensated for the bummer. i'm disabled so 
i need some care, but the government will pay you for it(we're working on 
getting them to pay for up to 40 hours a week so like $800-900 possibly a 
month). i'm looking for someone or someones who actually give a damn about 
taking care of me and are nice and aren't just helping me for the cash 
though. i'm a sweetheart unless you piss me off and really easy to live with 
and treble's the same. please e-mail me privately if you really are
