Well, probably because B&S has not yet visited sweden. People here looks 
like questionmarks when asking if they've ever heard Belle & Sebastian. So, 
I've made it my mission to influence people in listening to them(which means 
that "le pastie.." is played at least four times whenever there is a party 
at my place).
