actually, "from hell" is in production right now, starring johnny depp and heather graham, directed by the hughes brothers.  i'd
love to see "extraordinary gentlemen", but i can't imagine who'd put up the money to make such an elaborate story happen.  one can
always hope i suppose.  yes, the ABC books are wonderful.
