Sinister: Kings of Convenience

I've searched in the archives for "Kings of Convenience", there were a few
emails about them in 1999, so i thought i could drop a line about them..
Actually, i read a very nice review and article about this norwegian band in
a french magazine (they are single of the month...), i heard one of their
tracks in realaudio, and eventually realised i had already seen the singer
somewhere... somewhere between camber Sands, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, i
just can't remember but i *can* remember his glasses and red hair...
try and listen to one of their songs (you can find it on ubl.com, or maybe
allmusic.com...), you'll understand why i thought it could be useful to talk
about them, just here on the list. and the guy says discovering belle and
sebastian changed the way he listens to music...
Two other things. In late october, Sodastream and the Delgados are playing
in Paris... The problem is they're not playing *together*, they're playing
*at the same time* : same time, same night, different places. sinister
popkids may join us anyway... it's been ages since i last went to a sinister
meet-up. And i miss them.
