howdee cow boys and gals

it wasn't until studying american history for my a-levels that i
actually made any connection between cowboys and actual cows.... but
anyway....

i've been holding off unitl i had some content, but i've given up
now, so you'll just have to bear with me. last week i went to see my
other favouritest band in the whole world - urusei yatsura. i jumped
around lots and drank lots of beer. it was good. and afterwards my
boy who is something of a ligger|but i didn't say that| wandered
into the dressing room and proceeded to pretend he was a member of
alfie. i staggered after him and we ended up dragging half the
members of uy round manchester, getting into places for free by
saying 'look we've brought urusei yatsura' and acquiring free beer in
the same fashion. needless to say much fun was had and i embarassed
myself hugely with accounts of just how much of a superfan i am.
*watch as fiona hangs her head in shame*

anyone who doesn't know who urusei yatsura are pleeease try and get
hold of the new album because it is fantastic and they are p!o!p!
(that looks like plop in lower case) and they are really skint and
were doing their own t-shirt selling and stuff

someone talked about rain: i hate it when i t rains, but i've
recently realised that if you stride throught the downpour, all the
while telling yourself that its a beautiful sunny day you really
don't notice how cold and wet you are. it really works (until you get
insied and have to peel sodden courduroy from your legs, eugh!)

people also talked about ringtones, i have the theme from the magic
roundabout on my phone, my dad worked it out for me, he's good at
things like that, but i think i'd be too embarassed to ask him to do
any b+s. i'm also looking for the roobarb and custard theme for a
nokia phone, i used to have it, but it was rubbish and cost me 2 quid
to download. grrr.

jen suggested we all get capes, i hope she won't be too offended if
i say that i won't be getting one as i really don't think it's a look
that would suit me. i do like ribena though.

plug:- if anyone is in the leeds area tonight , my boy is djing at
the think tank on call lane, its a manics themed night, but i'll be
using my feminine charms to get him to play some good stuff as well,
so if you haven't got anything better to do......

thanks for listening, but now i'm late for a complex calculus
lecture,

                    love and irn-bru,
                                          fiona.

our upstairs toilet and our shower and our washing machine and the
sink in my room are all broken. no really. and the hoover never
worked properly. i want to go home. *sigh*
