Dear all,
Distressingly, this is my first mail (I think) to the list.
Even more distressingly It isn't B+S related, but hey!
On this mobile debate. It's the future, and where else can you get portable
microwave ovens for your sausage rolls to be heated up on the way home from
a club?
Slight further deviation from B+S...
Ken, you're on about the NTL monopoly on Nottingham Campus. I was there for
a couple of years, but what I found worse than phone monopolies was the cash
monopolies... Mondex, a sort of cashless piece of plastic with a chip in
it... it was the height of evil because you have to load it up with credit
from your account and the machines were always sited in the union bar very
close to the Guiness tap... you could never run out of money (well
eventually, but...) Those days are gone now, friends.
Chris
