Sinister: I went to Oxford and all I got was this lousy Carsmile Steve T-shirt

Mooro had some fabulous things to say. In that a) I've been wondering where
Mooro has been and how he is - I was walking the streets or provincial
England only today, and found myself wondering about Mooro - but also b) he
used clever phrases like 'Brockley Spears' and 'teen fans'. The thing is, I
still don't understand what he was actually on about. Do you? If Mooro wants
someone to talk about the Go-Betweens he knows full well that Ally96 is the
man in possession. In possession of what, we're not sure, and nor is he.
Still, whatever it was that Mooro was asking me to do, I'm grateful to be
asked.

Peter Miller also asked me about Lloyd and mothers' cars. I suppose we could
go right back to scratch with '2CV' - talk about lyrical mood, melody,
arrangement and all. You know, that song has been covered in London some
time in the last 18 months. Covered with a tarpaulin, at times. '*Aw*ful'.

I shall not go on, thanks to the abysmal character of this computer link. Do
you think that Martin R might finally read what I've written, now it's as
brief as a candle?
