-- Nah. They'll be fab! I saw them in Nottingham a few years back (can't
believe it was that long ago - scary!). I went with my brother who was a
massive sceptic. He thought they were throwaway easy listening...he compared
them to Mike Flowers Pop (whatever happened to that guy?) the bastard! But
even he was won over. It was shame the crowd weren't into it as much as they
should've been but that was prolly because they played loads of songs that
no-one knew off TBWTAS. They were quiet yeh, but really mesmerising. It was
just so weird seeing my greatest idols a few metres from me and then at a
disco afterwards. I must admit that I spent most of the night staring
longingly into the eyes of Isobel that night...she was wearing a lovely
dress and looked sublime:). But to cut a long story short; it was a
heartwarming experience that made me feel even more a part of the B&S lovely
world. It didn't matter about their tuning up or the quality of Steves
choppy guitar, it was the sense of intamacy and love of music that made it
special. Hope this makes sense and is at least a little bit relevent!

Hugs and berries
Matt
