Sinister: Apples are wonderful creations

Apples are really good.  I just realized this fact after 15 years and some months of living.  Apples are the equivalent of Belle and Sebastian in the fruit catergory.  Not a good analogy, I know, but I tried.

Speaking of Belle and Sebastian, I just recently realized how good they actually are.  I have been listening to Belle and Sebastian for quite a while now, but it never occured to me how brilliant their music really is.  My roommate is getting slightly annoyed by the fact that Belle and Sebastian has been playing non-stop from my speakers for two weeks in a row.  But I figure she'll eventually give in and admit to the fact that she actually likes them, too.

I am in a happy mood today, due to the fact that I didn't have to go to lacrosse practice today.  I went to the infirmary complaining of fatigue, came back to my dorm, and listened to Belle and Sebastian and ate an apple.  

Dramat Board applications are in, my interview is done, all that is left is... waiting.  Incidentally, in my last post, I asked if anyone had seen the movie Willow (yes, the one with the sorcerers and all the magical stuff in it).  I had heard horror stories about how all of the Dramat board (which currently consists of 13 members) sits around you in a semi-circle and asks you one question each.  Apparently, there were always questions referring to the movie Willow for some reason, and that is why I was wondering if anyone had seen the movie.  And yes, they are quite elitist, and yes, they are quite arrogant, but oh, they're a group of such amazing and fun people!  (now I sound like a little girl who's never been around fun people before...)  Of course, they are also the laziest and the most dysfuntional organization there is, so there is no hope of hearing of the results before the end of the school year...

I found out that there is another person at my school who likes Belle and Sebastian.  I am quite happy!  Of course, I don't even know who this kid is, I just know that his name is Will Levin and that he's got a weird sense of humor.  And of course, he must have great taste in music...

I think I shall go to lunch now.  Ta ta for now.
