Sinister: Earplugs Changed My Life

My tall friend gets a savage blasting at gigs, whereas us smaller folk can
enjoy a variety of muffled levels plus we are able look at peoples feet and
the strange things that get dropped.
He wears earplugs now. I shall be thinking of you all at Track and Field
tonight you beautiful
things.

Stuart wanted:

"an end to jokes about 'what's the weather like up
there then?'."

An Underworld cartoon (by Kaz in 'Cruel and Unusual
Humour') featured a tall bloke who was teased with
that very question. His response was to gob on his
tormentor and say "It's raining".

But being only 5'5" I find it hard to have sympathy
with the higher altitude dwellers. Some of us never
actually see bands at gigs while human periscopes get
an first-class view. It's almost impossible to find
trousers or long-sleeve shirts that fit and don't get
me started about trying to reach the 'gentleman's
periodicals' in the newsagents - oops better shut up
now...
