Sinister: birdie marmite aisler set wasps and bitterness

Marmite is great 
re with or without butter 
Nigella Lawson has an interesting slant on this to get an even spread on
bread (not toast) she recommends blending the marmite and butter in a bowl
or mixer and then spreading works well.
i don't like picnics as i have a mortal fear of Wasps that always gatecrash
someone mentioned Birdie if anyone is interested they are playing London
tonight (sorry far away sinisters) at the toynbee arts cafe in commercial
street near aldgate support is from the fantastic saloon who are also
playing next week on wednesday at bitterscene (www.bitterscene.co.uk) in
Chelmsford (sorry again london and far away sinisters)
aisler set are highly recommended live and on record
any sinisters in Essex?
