Sinister: the second declaration

sorry for the trick name, but I know you're not supposed to write
add-on posts so I cleverly disguised myself, and will continue
incognito by pretending to quote myself.
Without mentioning my own name I can dodge the steel judgement of
Honey. Hee hee!

Erm... SOMEONE forgot their second declaration and said it would come
to them, well, I THINK I know what they were going to say, it was
about picnics, oh yes...
That person was absolutely digusted to read (a bit ago) that someone
else took biscuits to a picnic only to find individually bought mass
produced sandwiches and single cartons of Ribena, with nothing being
shared. I don't know if it was a one off but I...I mean, they, bluddy
hope so. At this gig-less time us sinisterees should stick together
and make friends face to face with other sinisterbites, so please
please please take something to share when going to picnics. Ribena,
however, can be sipped from your own carton.  Is what they wanted to
say, I think.
