Sinister: Belle & Sebastian dream #2

it happened last night, i dreamed the video for the forthcoming single!
the band were in a deserted airport at night and they were skateboarding and
scootering around the place. that was kind of it, sorry, it was quite cool
when i dreamed it, the song was dead funky with a choppy wah-wah guitar type
bit in it. i was wrong about my last dreamed song prediction so i've no
reason to believe this one will be any better.

people have been mentioning Sigur Rós again. this can only be a good thing.
the american publication 'entertainment weekly' described the band as:

sigur rós = [(pink floyd + godspeed you black emperor) + air]

so how would B&S be described best as a mathematical equation?

Belle & Sebastian = (love + the smiths) x nick drake

i'm sure some of you can come up with something better than that, in fact
why limit it to just bands, i suppose any variables could be allowed; is
twee a variable? are 'the films of Hal Hartley' a variable?

hot dogs and cold drinks,
Pez*

PS for those who are interested, this is what i do in my spare time. sad i
know, but i didn't go as far as transcribing the violin solo bit. i'm not
*that* good.

trampled underfoot by thatcher
could appreciate the love
