Er, no! It's the 16th!! So if you're in the park this Saturday you can
probably have a picnic by yourself, which would be fun too. But if you want
to meet sinister people (including the illustrious David Barker, who has one
of those funny English accents), be there the 16th. Pretty soon I'm going
to draw a little map of where exactly the picnic spot is (east side of the
Great Lawn, behind the Met, by the Obelisk sort of, it's always good to have
a giant phallic symbol in the background of your picnics), but uh, I haven't
gotten around to it yet.
If you're planning on coming to the picnic and fear getting lost, please
email me and I will give you my number so you can ring my celly, yo. I want
to meet you. Let's be friends.
Also, the picnic is the day after Matt Hintz's birthday! Whee!
Sophie, if you have nothing else to do Saturday night, go see Kiki & Herb at
Fez! If you're lucky, Kiki'll sing you a rousing version of Fox in the
Snow. I just typed "fox in the snog" How Freudian! I'm blushing.
Some important things are happening in the US and the UK today. I hear that
you're "electing" new "people" to run your "country" over there. Here,
we're watching Jimmy Fallon and Kirsten Dunst host the MTV Movie Awards. So
cute.

xoxo
Julie
