Sinister: short words

[Rachel Playforth]

we all woke up yesterday in a changed world, one which i feel sick and
stunned and scared to be living in.  i can't imagine what you are going
through in america, but i'm thinking of you all.  as if that makes any
difference.

i thought i would post a poem or something, words of hope, but 'poetry makes
nothing happen' said wh auden and i suppose he was right.  i can't think of
anything big enough to heal this.
