If you phone the number, the nice lady on the end says "belle and
sebastian ticket line" (a good start you may think), but when you say
"I'd like some tickets please" she says "sorry you can only book them on
the internet".

also as of 9.10 the way ahead site is down although the nice woman there
said it'll be back in half an hour.

so don't panic babies.
